Bonnar Keenlyside

Branding design for Bonnar Keenlyside showing the use of dots to represent data in a bar chart

A playful website for a pair of consultants in the arts & cultural sector

The site’s design is based around little circles. These visually represent various aspects of the consultants’ job – such as data, communication, or collaboration. The circles animate, morph and respond to scrolling, mouse events and other user behaviours.

The job of a consultant involves taking masses of information and making sense of it. The user arrives to a homepage with a chaotic arrangement of dots which, as they scroll, arrange into order.

The next step of their process is to communicate. As they scroll further, the organised bar chart twists into a soundwave.

The circular brand device is used as a visual metaphor to illustrate messages and to visually thread the site together.
